the job and then divides this result into the total array space

available in SAVE. The result is the number of cross sections that

can be summarized in one pass through the computed results on Unit

95. If necessary the program will make multiple passes through

Unit 95 summarizing as many cross sections as possible in each

pass. If the array space in SAVE is small it is more likely
multiple passes will be necessary. This space is re-allocated for
each job processed.
An example of changin9 the program size to 60K is shown below.
Note that by doing this the program will still function identically,
but it will cost less to execute jobs that require multiple passes

through Unit 95.

ORIGINAL CARDS 3~K v~RSION
IN SUBPRnGRA~ SU~PO.
COMMON SAVE(~310> qt~~
KSAVE-.310 q~04
IN SUBPROGRAM MAPIT.
COMMON 8AV'C4lI0) t01Qa
IN SUBPROGRA~ SAVElT.
COMMON SAV~Cft310) to!'Z
IN SUBPROGRAM ~VARI
COMMON SAV!(.310> I02S~

NEW CARPS FOR .OK VERSION
IN SUBPROGRAM SUMPOI
COMMON SAV!(12~OO) q155
KS'Vr.J2~OO Qa04
IN $UBPR~GRAM MAPITI
COMMON SAVE(lZ'OO) tOtQZ
IN SUBPROGRAM SAVE IT.
COMMON ,AVF(lZ'OO) lOll!
IN SUBPROGRAM QVARI
CO~MON SAVEC~e'CC} JOa5~
32
