WATER <br />CONSERVATION BOARD <br /> <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />c/o Gene Jencsok <br />823 State Centennial Building <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />This letter is a request from the County of Summit for your agency to designate <br />and approve as Intermediate Regional Floodplain Areas (lOO-year floodplains), <br />those areas as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in <br />a report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Summit County, Colorado, Unincorporated <br />Areas," prepared by Gingery Associates, Inc. under contract with the Federal <br />Insurance Administration, dated June 1980. <br /> <br />The above Report inCludes detailed floodplain information and data for portions <br />of the Blue River, Willow Cree~, Straight Creek, Ten Mile Creek, Snake River, <br />Soda Creek, and Meadow Creek.
