<br /> <br />Standard Project Flood <br />The flood that may be expected from the most severe <br />combination of meteorological and hydrological conditions that are <br />considered reasonably characteristics of the geographIcal area in <br />which the drainage basin Is located, excluding extremely rare <br />combinations. PG4kdlschargas for these floods are generally about <br />40 percent to 60 percent of the Probable ~ximum Floods for the <br />same basins.
