The County's Flood Plain Regulations which have been reviewed <br />and approved by the Denver FIA Office, <br /> <br />2. The County's Flood Plain studies prepared by various regional <br />and federal agencies, <br /> <br />3. The elevations and profiles for the flood plains investigated <br />by various regional and federal agencies and mapped by the FlA. <br /> <br />The County's flood plain regulations,which will be adopted in a revised form. <br />by the Board of County Commissioners on September 2nd, include a permitting <br />system for all intended land uses within the designated A zones and unnumbered <br />A zones, inclusive of requiring engineering certification on base elevations <br />for structures within the 100 year flood plain at the applicant's expense. <br /> <br />Should you need any additional information, please call this office. <br /> <br />'Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br />Hank Epstein, <br />Planning Director <br />
