<br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Board has reviewed said report and <br />does hereby recommend to the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />that the Board designate and approve as floodplain areas those <br />areas inundated by a 100-year flood (intermediate regional flood) <br />as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in <br />said report; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 7th day of November, 1985, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas described as being inun- <br />dated by a lOO-year flood as described by the floodwater surface <br />elevations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Town <br />of Parachute, the Town of DeBeque, the Boards of County Commis- <br />sioners of Mesa and Garfield Counties, the U.S. Soil Conservation' <br />Service, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />C E R T 1 F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />reso~ution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the Colo- <br />rado Water Conservation BoaI:d in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 7th. day of November, 1985, at which a <br />quorum was present, <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
