In compliance with the Plans and SPECIFICATIONS, BIDDER hereby proposes to perform all
work for the construction of DUTCH CREEK, Town of Columbine Valley (Project No. 95-10.01) in
strict accordance with the CONTRACf DOCUMENTS, listed in Paragraph 5 of the AGREEMENT
between OWNER and CONTRACTOR for the within job, all of which BIDDER has reviewed with
care, and understands all provisions thereof, within the time set forth therein, and at the prices stated
below.

By submission of this BID, each BIDDER certifies, and in case of a joint BID each Party thereto
certifies as to his own organization, that this BID has been arrived at independently, without
consultation, communication, or AGREEMENT as to any matter relating to this BID with any other
BIDDER or with any competitor.

BIDDER hereby agrees to commence WORK under \his Contract on or before a date to be
specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the WORK required of it in the
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS within one hundred fifty (150) consecutive calendar days thereafter, unless
the period for completion is extended otherwise by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
