<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />MEETING NOTICE ~[) AGENDA <br /> <br />TO: News Media Meeting Notice and Agelrnda List <br /> <br />FROM: Larry Lang, Chair <br /> <br />DATE: April 15, 1996 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: First 1996 Colorado Flood Task Force Meeting <br /> <br />The Colorado Flood Task Force will conduct a. review of the 1996 f100d and snowmelt <br />runoff for the preparation of the 1996 FLOOD OUTLOOK REPORTS to assess snowpack, <br />weather conditions, streamflow and reservoir conditions in order to identify potential flood <br />problems and develop mitigation plans. As in 1995, the task force membership works with local <br />and emergency officials to prevent flood losses and protect life and property. The task force <br />proved to be a very valuable resource to the concerned public in 1995. <br /> <br />When & Where: 10 a.m., Monday, April 29, 1996 <br />U.S. Fish and Wildlif;e Service <br />755 Parfet, 2nd Floor, North Wing <br />Denver, Colorado <br />(Take 1-70 west to Simms/Union exit; turn right onto the service road east <br />to Parfet; turn left on Parfet.
