<br />'" <br /> <br />, <br />\ <br /> <br />LAKE COUNTY FLOOD HAZARD INFORMATION <br />REPORT HYDROLOGIC DETERMINATION <br /> <br />Purpose of Study <br /> <br />The purpose of this report is to present and document the <br />hydrologic procedures used to compute the 10-, 50-, 100-, and <br />500-year flood discharges for portions of Lake Creek, Arkansas <br />River and Evans Gulch which are studied in the Lake County FHI <br />Report. This report is a technical addendum to the FHI study. <br /> <br />Limits of Study <br /> <br />The following limits of study have been selected to be studied in <br />the Lake County Flood Hazard Information Report: <br />A. Lake Creek be,ginning at a point opposite Monitor Rock <br />in the SW 1/4 of Section 21, TllS, R81W, 6PM, and <br />extending upstream approximately 1.0 miles to the west <br />line of Section 29, TIIS, R81W, 6PM. <br />B. Evans Gulch beginning at a point on the axis of the Big <br />Evans Reservoir in the NW 1/4 of Section 19, T9S, R79W, <br />6PM, and extending upstream approximately 1.6 miles to <br />the confluence with South Evans Gulch in the NW 1/4 of <br />Section 20, T9S, R79W, 6PM. <br />C.
