<br />(c) Uses by Review. A use by review is any of the following uses, <br />which are permitted only upon issuance of a special use permit <br />by the Planning Commission (See Section 26, page ). <br />(1) Extraction of natural deposits. <br />(2) Golf Course. <br />(3) Parking (open lots only). <br />(4) Sanitary land fills (no dumps). <br />(5) Towers, radio and television. <br />(6) Utilities as outlined in Section 23 (n), page 44. <br /> <br />(d) Lot Area. No requirement. <br />(e) Lot Dimensions. No requirement. <br />(f) Lot Coveraqe. No requirement. <br />(9) Floor Area Ratio. No requirement. <br />(h) Buildinq Heiqht. No requirement. <br />(i) Front Yard Setback. No requirement. <br />(j) Side Yard Setback. None required. <br />(k) Rear Yard Setback. None required. <br />(1) Parkinq Space. Parking shall be provided at the rate of one <br />(1) parking space for one hundred (100) net square feet of <br />building area, or one (1) parking space for every two employ- <br />ees, whichever is greater. <br />(m) Loadinq Space. Off-street loading requirements shall be as <br />provided in Section 21, page 41. <br />(n) Fences. Walls, and Hedqes. Wire fencing only. <br />(0) Siqns. Also, the Corps will complete <br /> <br /> <br />two additional flood plain information reports to furnish data on <br /> <br /> <br />other flood plain areas in the Pueblo vicinity, covering Goodnight <br /> <br /> <br />Arroyo, Wild Horse and Dry Creeks, and the St. Charles River. <br /> <br />9 <br />
