The base is firm soil that has minor surface irregulari- <br />ties caused by rises and depressions. Obstructions are negligible <br />(some exposed roots). Ground cover is negligible except for a small <br />amount of undergrowth. Vegd = 0.0067 and C* = 14.4. The <br />selected values are nb = 0.025, nl = 0.003, n3 = 0.002, and <br />no = 0.030. <br /> <br />35 <br />
