<br />3. In connection with noncontributing areas of the Upper Ark
<br />River Basin reference is made to a memorandum to members of the wor
<br />dated 22 July 1953, subject: "Estimated Noncontributing Area of the Upper
<br />Arkansas River Basin", The members of the work group responding to his
<br />memorandum accepted delineations for noncontributing drainage areas hown
<br />on map dated July 1953 that accompanied the memorandum.

<br />4. During the preparation of drainage area data in the Distric
<br />Offices of the Corps of Engineers , it developed, that certain changes
<br />be made in the delineations' shown on map' dated July 1953. Most of
<br />changes were in portions of the Arkansas River Basin in Kansas upst
<br />from Great Bend, and in ColoradO and New Mexico, Minor differences
<br />
