<br />THE URBAN DRAINAGE AND FLDOD CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 'I'if , SERIES OF 1977 <br />(Acceptance of Flood Hazard Area Delineation <br />of Lee Gulch and Little Creek) <br /> <br />WHEREAS7 the Board has previously authorized the Executive Director to <br /> <br />execute an agreement with a consulting engineer for the completion of a Flood <br /> <br />Hazard Area Delineation Report for Lee Gulch and little Creek (Resolution No. 35, <br /> <br />Series of 1976); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Executive Director has executed a contract with KKBNA for <br /> <br />a Flood Hazard Area Delineation Study of Lee Gulch and Little Creek; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board has previously indicated its desire that the results <br /> <br />of such studies be provided to the local governments so as to assist local govern- <br /> <br /> <br />ments in meeting the requirements of HB 1041; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br />1. The Board of Directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District <br /> <br /> <br />accept the report (Flood Hazard Area Delineation, Lee Gulch, Little <br /> <br />Creek. October, 1977) and recommend its use as a guide in future <br /> <br />planning related to these tributaries; <br /> <br /> <br />2. The Board of Directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District <br /> <br /> <br />recommend that Arapahoe County and Littleton adopt the report and <br /> <br /> <br />regulate the IDO-year flood plain defined in the report; and <br /> <br /> <br />3.
