Development of ~ipa~ian zones ~hich <br />include a~eas o~ned by seve~al people could also be <br />add~essed by the coo~dinato~. <br /> <br />This type of "st~eambank e~osion coo~d,nato~" should be <br />assigned to a state agency such as the CSSCS, to p~ovide <br />assistance state wide, and act as a mode~ato~ in the <br />a~gument between development and envi~onmental p~ese~vation, <br /> <br />3, When individual st~eambank e~"sion cont~ol <br />p~ojects a~e unde~taken, a tho~ough study of the total <br />st~eam ~each is needed to p~edict the effects of the p~oject <br />action upst~eam and do~nst~eam f~om the sit. of <br />const~uction.
