No reference is given to the extent of terrain <br />and topographic conditions affected by the existing tributary <br />areas flooding-runoff conditions. <br /> <br />An indication of the areas affected by Cottonwood <br />Creek and tributary area flooding is noted by the terrain and <br />topographic 1975 conditions given by "Flood Plain Information" <br />report, September 1976, for the Pikes Peak Area Council of <br />Governments. These conditions given by the reports maps with <br />noted contour elevations includes the extent of the creeks <br />100-year flooding elevations (from about station 93+00 to 116+00) <br />
