The Colorado Geological Survey will be consulted for
an evaluation of geologic factors which would have a
significant impact on the proposed land use
(30-28--136(i)) .

Implementation of the regulations is principally by
the evaluation of the submissions of the required
inf'ormation. The statute specifies that subdivision
regulations shan require sUbmission of data.
