The revised FIRM and FIS report will become <br />effective on August 18,2004. Because the effective date has already been established, we will not incorporate the modifications made by <br />this LOMR into the revised FIRM and FIS report before they become effective. However, because the effective date of this LOMR is <br />later than the effective date of the FIRM, the updated map panel numbers, profile panel numbers, and vertical datum were used for the <br />annotated FIRM and FIS report included with this LOMR. Because this LOMR used the updated FIRM and FIS report, the modifications <br />made by this LOMR will not be superseded when the revised FIRM and FIS report become effective. The modifications made by this <br />LOMR will be incorporated the next time the FIRM and FIS report are republished. <br /> <br />This determination is based on the flood data presently available. The enclosed documents provide additional information regarding this determination.
