<br />1 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Based on the data we have at this time, we do not agree that the submitted discharge values along Box Elder <br />Creek represent the base flood more accurately than those used to develop the effective FIRMs. <br /> <br />Before we can revise the effective FIRMs to reflect the submitted discharge values along Box Elder Creek, <br />we must receive documentation demonstrating that the submitted discharge values are superior to those used <br />to develop the FIRMs and those determined by the regional regression equation. Such documentation must <br />describe in detail the reasons that the discharges along Box Elder Creek used to develop the FIRMs and those <br />determined by the regional regression equation are in error.
