The provisions of this regulation and any permits issued here-
under shall be administered and enforced according to the provisions
of the Administrative Regulations adopted by this jurisdiction.

Severability

If any section, clause, provision, or portion of these regulations
should be found to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid by a court
of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this regulation shall not
be affected thereby and is hereby declared to be necessary for the
public health, safety, and welfare.
