<br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(IX) Pertinent historic, geologic, and hydrologic <br />factors of the area <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(X) Logs of wells which were spaced according to <br />the geologic conditions of the site and char- <br />acter of the surface land use <br /> <br />(XI) Summary of the information noted above on a <br />map with a scale of one inch equals fifty <br />feet or larger, with accurate topographic <br />details <br /> <br />(XII) A report which presents the necessary explana- <br />tory text, data tabulation, and other essentials <br />for further work or governmental review <br /> <br />(XIII) Mitigation techniques that will be employed, <br />estimated cost and documentation of previous <br />effectiveness <br /> <br />(XIV) Past occurrences of ground subsidence <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(i) Applications for development in geologic hazard areas <br />not noted above but which may be designated or regu- <br />lated shall include such information or data as may <br />be required by this jurisdiction <br /> <br />(3) Map Requirements. Unless otherwise specified above, the <br />following map standards shall be adhered to: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Maps will be <br />standards as <br />Budget. <br /> <br />in compliance with national map accuracy <br />promulgated by the U.S. Bureau of the <br />, <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Topographic maps will have a contour interval of 10 <br />feet or smaller. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Map scale shall be on a scale sufficiently detailed <br />to meet the objectives of this regulation but, in no <br />case, less detailed than one inch equals five hundred <br />feet. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(d) All maps shall show a true north arrow and shall show <br />section corners and the appropriate land grid. <br /> <br />(e) One of the four copies of each map shall be in repro- <br />ducible form (mylar, sepia, clear film positive). <br /> <br />(4) Qualifications of Investigators <br /> <br />-18- <br />
