<br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(III) Summary of the information noted above on a <br />map with a scale of one inch equals fifty <br />feet or larger, with accurate topographic <br />details <br /> <br />(IV) A report which presents the necessary explan- <br />atory text, data tabulation, and other essentials <br />for further work or governmental review <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(V) Mitigation techniques that will be employed, <br />estimated cost, and documentation of previous <br />effectiveness <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(f) Applications for development in a seismic effect area <br />also shall include but not be limited to the following <br />information or data: <br /> <br />(I) Map showing all faults on the site and adjacent <br />lands with special emphasis on active faults <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(II) Studies and/or maps showing areas subject to <br />indirect effects of seismic activity such as <br />landslides, liquefaction, and differential <br />settlement <br /> <br />(III) In areas of high seismicity a general study of <br />ground response <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(IV) Type of buildings and structures and intended <br />uses <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(V) Summary of the i~formation noted above on a map <br />with a scale of one inch equals fifty feet or <br />larger, with accurate topographic details <br /> <br />(VI) A report which presents the necessary explana- <br />tory text, data tabulation, and other essentials <br />for further work or governmental review <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(VII) Mitigation techniques that will be employed, <br />estimated cost, and documentation of previous <br />effectiveness. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(g) Applications for development in a radioactive area also <br />shall include but not be limited to the following infor- <br />mation or data: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(I) Geologic map showing concentrations of radio- <br />active minerals <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(II) Map and description showing mine dumps, tailings <br /> <br />-16- <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />
