<br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(d) These regulations apply to the entire unin- <br />corporated portions of Huerfano County; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(e) These regulations interpret and apply any <br />regulations adopted for specific areas of <br />state interest which have been or may be <br />designated by the governing body. <br /> <br />1-103 <br /> <br />Authority. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />These regulations are authorized by, inter alia, 8824- <br />65.1-101, et seq., 30-28-101, et seq., 30-28-201~ seq., <br />29-20-101, et seq., and 24-32-lll~.R.S. 1973. ----- <br /> <br />1-104 <br /> <br />Applicabili ty. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />These guidelines and regulations shall apply to all <br />proceedings concerning identification and designation of, <br />and developments in, any area of state interest or any acti- <br />vity of state interest which has been or may hereafter be <br />designated by the governing body. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />1-105 <br /> <br />Exemptions. <br /> <br />The portions of these regulations authorized exclus- <br />ively under 924-65.I-l01, et seq., C.R.S. 1973, shall not <br />apply to any development in-an area of state interest or <br />any activity of state interest if, on May 17, 1974: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(1) The specific development or activity was covered <br />by a current building permit issued by Huerfano <br />County: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(2) The specific development or activity was directly <br />approved by the electorate of the state or Huerfano <br />County; provided that, approval by the electorate <br />of any bond issue by itself shall not be construed <br />as approval of the specific development or activity; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(3) The specific development or activity is on land <br />which had been finally approved, with or without <br />conditions, for planned unit development or for <br />a use other than a subdivision substantially the <br />same as planned unit development; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(4) The specific development or activity is on land <br />which was zoned or rezoned, in response to an <br />application, which specifically contemplated said <br />specific development or activity: or <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(5) The specific development or activity is on land <br />with respect to which a final plat for a sub- <br />division had been approved, with or without <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />-2- <br />
