In this analysis, the entire basin was considered <br />developed except for the 210-acre proposed Stony Creek community <br />area upstream of Wadsworth. <br /> <br />. Wadsworth Avenue to QUarto Drive <br /> <br />Flooding of potential homes on south banks at Ammons <br />Street and Allison Way crossings and along Quarto <br />Drive with 500-foot-wide flood plains and half foot <br />cross street flood flows at Allison Way and Quarto <br />Drive under present channel conditions (drawing <br />Sheet No.3, Volume II of this report). <br /> <br />3-inch cross street f~ood flow at Allison Way and <br />Quarto Drive crossingg under existing channel <br />conditions. <br /> <br />. Quarto Drive to Webst~r Avenue <br /> <br />Flooding of Webster A~enue north of crossing to <br />about 18 inches with f:lood water flowing north along <br />Webster Avenue and flowing back to drainage channel <br />at the downstream sid~ of Webster Avenue. <br /> <br />Approximately a 400-foot-wide flood plain. <br /> <br />. Webster Avenue to Portland Avenue <br /> <br />About a 1-foot cross street flow at Portland Avenue. <br /> <br />. Portland Avenue to Pierce Street <br /> <br />Pond width of about 230 feet above Pierce Street. <br /> <br />. Pierce Street to Lamar Street <br /> <br />150-foot flood plain width in lower part of reach. <br /> <br />Shallow flooding of One house and one yard. <br /> <br />Cross street flood f~ow over Lamar Street of about 1 <br />foot. <br />
