<br />-- <br /> <br />LARIMER COUNn" <br /> <br />____I!I___...__ <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />----.- <br /> <br />-.. <br /> <br />CARTER LAKE PIPELINE STUDY <br /> <br />The Carter Lake Pipeline Study involves the identification and evaluation of alternative physical <br />delivery systems to bring water from the Colorado Big Thompson project and oth,~r fucilities directly <br />to the Greeley's Boyd Lake Water Treatment Plant and to other potential new water treatment sites. <br />The purpose of the study is to identifY alternative water delivery systems and the costs and other <br />pertinent considerations associated with each. <br /> <br />PRE-DESIGN STUDY FOR BOYD LAKE WAn~R TREATMENT PLANT STUDY <br /> <br />HDR Engineering, Inc. (HDR) is providing engineering services to the City of Greeley for theil' <br />request to obtain financing from the State Revolving Fund (SRI') for improvements to the Boyd <br />Lake Water Treatment plant. To obtain funding through the SRI', it is required. to submit a study <br />which addresses the project eligibility for SRI' Iimds, an evaluation of the alternatives considered, an <br />environment impact evaluation of the preferred altt:rnative, and a public meeting to discuss thf' <br />preferred alternative and to incorporate public comrmmt.
