<br />3, Conduct field visits to perform physical site inspections, ground surveys, and to take
<br />photographs of the area,

<br />4, Perform engineering analyses which include hydrologic and hydraulic investigations

<br />5. Study alternative solutions to the problem,
<br />
<br />6, Prepare preliminary design drawings (plan sheet and typical cross-sections) and
<br />construction cost estimates for the alternative mitigation plans,
<br />
<br />7, Prepare a reconnaissance-level feasibility report that documents the results of the
<br />study and provides a narrative of the alternative mitigation plans,

<br />project, that were completed for the City ofWalsenburg, The CWCB would like to thank
<br />the EPICS project team from the Colorado School of Mines (CSM) for their effort in
<br />preparing a drainage evaluation for the City of Walsenburg, The CSM project team
<br />performed a significant amount of field investigations, research, engineering analyses,
<br />and report preparation in support of this feasibility study,
