Also <br />at-.ached is a list of Federal T & E species and Species "fSpecial Concern that could <br />occur in the Skyrocket Crcck area in Ouray County, Colorado. This list was taken from a <br />recent USFS publication concerning the UncompahlP'e National Forest. I have ~ossed <br />out those species that would not be expected to occur in the Skyrocket Cmek area and <br />have indicated those species that would be very unlikely to occur in the area. <br /> <br />Aside from T & E and sse species, the primary wildlife concern in the Skyrocket. Creek <br />area would be potential impacts oil Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep. The Amphitheatre <br />just south of Skyrocket Creek is an important lambing area for bighorn sheep.
