REACH IX - ALTA VISTA AREA TO JOSH AMES DITCH

This area is largely undeveloped with a commercial strip
along Vine Road in the far right overbank. The vegetation in
the area is tall grass with scattered timber in the right over-
bank (see pictures 19 and 20). The channel is very wide and
shallow. The "n" values were assumed as ~for the left over-
bank and channel, and .05 for the right overbank.
