<br />WHEREAS, Section 37-60-106(1)(c), Colorado Revised Statutes, directs the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board to designate and approve storm or floodwaler nmoff channels or basins and <br />to make such designations available to legislative bodies of local jurisdictions; and <br /> <br />COMPLIANCE WITH CWCR TECHNICAL STANDARDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the detailed information in said new report for the stream reaches listed in <br />Tables 4 and 6, except for the stream reaches listed in Table 4 which are also listed in Table 7, meets <br />all of the requirements for detailed information listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the <br />Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" <br />(2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the detailed information in said new report for the stream reaches listed in <br />Table 7 does not meet all of the requirements for detailed information listed under the Board's "Rules <br />and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff <br />Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approximate information in said new report for the stream reaches listed in <br />Tables 8 and 10 meets all of the requirements for approximale information listed under the Board's <br />"Rules and Regulations for the Designation and A.pproval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater <br />Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approximate information in said new report for the stream reaches listed in <br />Table 9 does not meet all of the requirements for approximate information listed under the Board's <br />"Rules and Regulations for the Designation and A.pproval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater <br />Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Colorado Water Conservation Board has determined that the <br />previously designated detailed floodplain information listed in Tables 4, 8 and 9 needs to remain in <br />effect; <br /> <br />DESIGNATION AND APPROVAL ACTION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Castle Rock, Colorado, this 29th day of March, 1999, thai it does hereby <br />designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the 100-year floodplains as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new report, revised March 23, 1999, for the study <br />reaches listed in Tables 4 and 6, except for the study reaches listed in Table 4 which are also listed in <br />Table 7, and that it does hereby designate and approve as approximate floodplain information the 100- <br />year floodplains as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new report, <br />revised March 23, 1999, for the study reaches listed in Tables 8 and 10 ; and <br /> <br />10 <br />
