STATEMENT OF BIDDER'S QUALIFICATIONS Each Bi dder shall upon request of the Ci ty of Ouray submi t on the form fUT'nished for that purpose (a copy of v/hich is included in the Contract Documents), a statement of the Bidder's qualifications, his experience record in constructing the type of improvements embraced in the contract, his organi- zation and equipment available for the work contemplated, and, v/hen specifi- cally requested by the City of Ouray, a detailed financial statement, The Ci ty of Ouray shall have the right to take such steps as it deems necessary to determi ne the abil ity of the Bi dder to perform hi s obli gati ons under the Cortract and the Bidder shall furnish the Ci ty of Ouray all such information ane data for this purpose as it may request, The right is reserved to reject any Bid where an investigation of the available evidence or information does not satisfy the City of Ouray that the Biddel' is qual ified to cClT'ry out pro- peT'ly the tenns of the Contract, 9.
