Specifically, he should check levees for <br />settlement, erosion, drainage facil ities, rodent damage, and road crossin!js. <br />He should note access routes to and upon the levee that can be used for <br />mobilization of supplies, "quipment, and manpower. <br /> <br />b. Detailed Preliminary Work.
