Uncontrolled outlets were recommended so that these <br />basins would act only as temporary storage units. <br /> <br />E. Channel improvements for the 50-year storm along Spring Creek, <br />from approximately Taft Hill Road to the Poudre River and <br />measures to prevent further encroachment of the Spring Creek <br />Channel should be initiated by the City. <br /> <br />The Colorado Unit Hydrograph Procedure was used for the 2-year and <br />50-year storms to determine storm runoff rates. Storm frequencies studied <br />in this report were the 2-year, 5-year, 10-year, 20-year and 50-year <br />storms. <br /> <br />The following pages were taken from the 1971 report and should include <br />all the important facts and information uncovered by the study. Runoff <br />estimates were developed from a single point-data source. <br />
