<br />THE URBAN DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO,"" 0 , SERIES OF 197B <br />(Acceptance of Flood Hazard Area Delineation of <br />Dutch Creek, Lilley Gulch, Coon Creek & Three Lakes Tributary) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board has previously authorized the Executive Director to <br /> <br />execute an agreement with a consulting engineer for the completion of a Flood <br /> <br />Hazard Area Delineation Report for Dutch Creek. Lilley Gulch, Coon Creek, and <br /> <br /> <br />Three Lakes Tributary (Resolution No. 10. Series of 1977); and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Executive Director has executed a contract with URS Company <br /> <br />for a Flood Hazard Area Delineation Study of the above drainageways; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board has previously indicated its desire that the results <br /> <br /> <br />of such studies be provided to the local governments sa as to assist local <br /> <br />governments in meeting the requirements of HB 1041; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br />1. The Board of Directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control <br /> <br /> <br />District accept the report (Flood Hazard Area Delineation, Dutch <br /> <br /> <br />Creek, Lilley Gulch, Coon Creek & Three Lakes Tributary, May, 1978) <br /> <br />and recommend its use as a guide in future planning related to <br /> <br />these major drai nageways; <br /> <br />2. The Board of Directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control <br /> <br />District recommend that Denver, Jefferson County, Arapahoe County, <br /> <br />and Columbine Valley adopt the report and regulate the lOO-year <br /> <br />flood plains defined in the report; and <br /> <br /> <br />3.
