for two alternative projects; (d) damage and benefit-cost analyses for the two alternative
projects; and (e) documentation of the analysis and design efforts.

. Project manager for the Hydrologic Model Update for the Lower Dry Creek Basin Master
Drainage Plan, Fort Collins and Larimer County, Colorado. This project included a
complete revision of the hydTOlogic (MODSWMM) model for the 5-sq. mi. Lower Dry Creek
Basin, and all associated hydraulic analyses. Both existing and fully-developed land use
models were prepared, as well as models which evaluated various on-site detention
alternatives.

. Project manager for the Evaluation of Upper D.ry Creek Basin Hydrology, Fort Collins
and Larimer County, Colorado. This project focussed on the review and evaluation of
existing UDSWM2-PC and HEC-l models for the 60-sq. mi. Upper Dry Creek Basin located
primarily in Larimer County, Colorado. Sensitivi~y analyses and additional modeling efforts
were conducted to promote understanding of the rainfall-runoff transformation within the
basin, with respect to both overland runoff and conveyance characteristics, as well as
reservoir operation.

. Project manager for Drake Road/Spring Creek Channel Improvements, Fort Collins,
Colorado. This pTOject was conducted in conjunction with the widening of Drake Road
between Shields Street and Taft Hill Road in Fort Collins and included an update of the
Spring Creek Master Drainage Plan, analysis and design of th,~ Spring Creek crossing of
Drake Road, analysis and design of l, 700 feet of Spring Creek c:hannel improvements, and
evaluation and design of street drainage facilities for Drake Road.

Project manager for East Fork Carson River Stabilization Study, Minden, Nevada. This
study involved the hydTOlogic, hydraulic, geomorphic and sediment transpOli evaluation of
the East Fork Carson River near Minden, Nevada. It included the design of channel bank
stabilization measures and the 1 OO-year floodplain delineation for a 2-mile study reach of the
river with the preparation of CLOMR and LOMR application materials for FEMA.

. Project manager for the Hydrologic Model Update for the West Vine Basin Master
Drainage Plan, Fort Collins and Larimer County, Colorado. This study included a
complete revision of both existing and fully-developed land use hydrologic (MODSWMM)
models for the 4-sq. mi. West Vine Basin, as well as a detailed hydraulic (HEC-2) analysis
for each of the fhree major irrigation canals which traverse the basin. Effects of the canals'
operation characteristics on the basin's hydrologic response were incorporated into the
hydrologic models.

. Project Manager for the Hydrologic and Hydraulic Evaluation of Sheridan Creek,
Douglas County, Nevada. This project involved detailed field investigations and the
hydTOlogic (HEC-l) modeling of the Sheridan Creek watershed, as well as the hydraulic
(HEC-2) evaluation of and floodplain delineation for Sheridan Creek located in Douglas
County, Nevada. The project also included the preparation ofCLOMR/LOMR applications
for submittal to FEMA.

T:IJvIARKET\Bios\GJK-BIO drainage.wpd

ANdERSON CONsuITiN<j EN<ji'EEIls. he.
