Anderson, P.E. <br /> <br />Anderson Consulting Engineers, Inc. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson has over 20 years of consulting experience in the field of water resources <br />engineering. He is an experienced civil engineer proficitmt in and responsible for all aspects of water <br />resources engineering projects including floodplain management studies, master drainage plans, design <br />of hydraulic structures, design and construction of (;apital improvement projects, and channel <br />stability/stream restoration projects. He has provided construction management and oversight services <br />on numerous projects involving hydraulic structures, channel restoration, and capital improvements. <br />Examples of projects managed or technically supervised by Mr. Anderson include: <br /> <br />. Project manager for the Comprehensive Drainage Plan Updates for five basins within the <br />City of Greeley, the City of Golden Stormwater Management Plan, the Weld County 1-25 <br />Corridor Master Drainage Plan, and the Centerport International Airport Master Drainage <br />Plan. <br /> <br />. Project manager for two multi-year task order contracts for minor capital improvement <br />projects for the City of Fort Collins. <br /> <br />. Project manager for the hydraulic design and construction of the Big Goose Creek Drop <br />Structure (Sheridan, Wyoming), Spring Cret:k Channel Improvements and Remington and <br />Welch Streets Bridge Projects (Fort Collins), and the Little Medicine Bow River Relocation <br />Project (Shirley Basin, Wyoming). <br /> <br />. Project manager in the erosional stability analysis of an in-channel municipal water <br />intake/infiltration gallery near Evanston, Wyoming; and the Mail Creek, Clear Creek, <br />Stanton Creek, Spring Creek, and Burns Tributary/Fossil Creek Channel Stability studies. <br /> <br />Jay D. Schug <br /> <br />Anderson Consulting Engineers, Inc. <br /> <br />Mr. Schug has over 12 years of experience conducting water resources investigations. His <br />experience covers a wide range of water resources disciplines including the: fields of river restoration and <br />fluvial geomorphology, active and inactive mine reclamation, ground water and surface water hydrology, <br />water quality investigations, and environmental assessmlmts. He has been task manager and project <br />manager of several projects involving extensive data collection and preparation of reports and manuals <br />in a dynamic and attractive format. Mr. Schug will serv(, as Assistant Project Manager on the CWCB <br />project. <br /> <br />Examples of pertinent project experience completed by Mr. Schug include: <br /> <br />. Mr. Schug was Project manager of the Colorado Division of Aewnautics NPDES Stormwater <br />Quality Investigation. Mr. Schug managed the investigation which was aimed at securing <br />NPDES stormwater discharge permits for a group of 79 widely varied airports in Colorado. Data <br />and information from the group was summarized and presented in a Part I application to the <br />USEP A whom ultimately approved the permit. <br /> <br />. Mr. Schug participated in the investigation ofwate:r supply/conservation alternatives for Region <br />I, primarily the State of Wyoming. Mr. Schug participated in the development, screening and <br />evaluation of alternatives to provide additional water to the endangered species in the Central <br />Platte River. A water budget spreadsheet model was utilized to determine the net effects of each <br />alternative on the target flows in the Platte River.
