ThE PROjECT TEAM MEMbERS <br /> <br />The ACE/Boyle Project Team was assembled by selecting individual staff members that we <br />believe will bring exceptional experience and understanding to this project. These personnel have direct <br />experience pertinent to the project, have excellent communication and personal skills, and can manage the <br />organization of information necessary for this project. The project manager will be Mr. Brad Anderson, <br />with whom you are familiar. He has been directly responsible for management of numerous water <br />projects, many of which took place in the affected counties. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson will be directly supported by Mr. Jay Schug. He has over 12 years of experience <br />in the water resources and environmental consulting arena. His experience with projects involving the <br />collection of information and data from a variety of sources will be valuable to the CWCB project. <br /> <br />We have also include Boyle Engineering as an essential part of our team. The lead engineer for <br />Boyle Engineering will be Mr. Terry Bowen. Mr. Bowen has over 15 years of experience in water <br />resources planning and management, including hydraulic/hydrologic assessments, computer modeling, <br />field investigations, permitting, litigation support, and report writing. He will be directly supported by <br />Ms. Heather Thompson. Her experience includes several projects analogous to the proposed project. <br /> <br />On the following pages, brief descriptions on <br />key personnel experience is presented. Resumes 0 <br />the Project Team are presented in Appendix A.
