I ' 1 VII. ThE PROjECT TEAM MEMbERS The ACE/Boyle Project Team was assembled by selecting individual staff members that we believe will bring exceptional experience and understanding to this project. These personnel have direct experience pertinent to the project, have excellent communication and personal skills, and can manage the organization of information necessary for this project. The project manager will be Mr. Brad Anderson, with whom you are familiar. He has been directly responsible for management of numerous water projects, many of which took place in the affected counties. Mr. Anderson will be directly supported by Mr. Jay Schug. He has over 12 years of experience in the water resources and environmental consulting arena. His experience with projects involving the collection of information and data from a variety of sources will be valuable to the CWCB project. We have also include Boyle Engineering as an essential part of our team. The lead engineer for Boyle Engineering will be Mr. Terry Bowen. Mr. Bowen has over 15 years of experience in water resources planning and management, including hydraulic/hydrologic assessments, computer modeling, field investigations, permitting, litigation support, and report writing. He will be directly supported by Ms. Heather Thompson. Her experience includes several projects analogous to the proposed project. On the following pages, brief descriptions on key personnel experience is presented. Resumes 0 the Project Team are presented in Appendix A. The I organization of the Project Team and their respective roles are presented on the Organizational Chart presented on the following page (Figure I).
