Commentary on Sheet 10 ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COSTS Owners in this reach are the Pinehurst Country Club and Ft. Logan National Cemetery. Since there is no plan for future development within the lOa-year floodplain, in the Pinehurst Country Club, no major improvement was recommended except the installation of buried riprap at the lake in Pinehurst Country Club. The existing culvert at Sheridan Boulevard can only carry approxima- tely 200-cubic feet per second (an equivalent of a 2-year storm). A concrete box culvert bridge would be constructed to avoid the storm runoff overtopping the roadway. The bridge has been sized to pass laO-year runoff. Annual Maintenance Cost It is recommended that the laO-year floodplain should be delineated and regulated and the Pinehurst Country Club and the Ft.
