This memo is provided for your information, and to solicit your sup-
port in the preparation of the Town of Ordway Master Drainage Plan.
The firms of Simons, Li & Associates, Inc. (SLA) and Abel Engineering
Professionals, Inc. will be conducting this study over the next four
to five months. The purpose of the plan is to identify flooding
problems for existing and future development conditions, and to iden-
tify solutions to the drainage problems facing the Town of Orm~ay.
The plan will put forth drainage planning policies to be followed by
the Town when reviewing development projects, and/or capital improve-
ment projects.

We would appreciate that any mapping, design, or planning information
be provided so that it can be used in the formulation of the Master
Drainage Plan. With proper informational support, the plan can be
developed in such a way that future conflicts and changes can be mini-
mized.
