The primary purpose of the meeting was to identify flo~d prone <br />areas inside the study limit, which have been recorded by the local <br />citizens. A list of those in attendance has been attached. <br /> <br />A discussion of benchmark locations was conducted, and it was decided <br />that several will be located at key positions in the Town. The area <br />around the Town Hall should have at least one permanent location set. <br />USGS benchmarks on all the railroad and bridge crossings will be iden- <br />tified and incorporated into the mapping. <br /> <br />A monthly meeting schedule was devised to facilitate project progress <br />and review. The schedule defined was: <br /> <br />I)c tober 28 <br />November 17 <br />December 1 and 15 <br /> <br />The schedule has been set in order to facilitate a block grant sub- <br />mittal by the Town in January 1987. All meetings would occur at the <br />regularly scheduled Council meetings. <br /> <br />It was requested that all existing utility maps, and proposed sub- <br />division plans be sent to SLA/Abel. SLA will contact the developers <br />to obtain the development drawings. It was also recommended by SLA <br />that a developer representative be included in the project meetings. <br />The group concurred. <br /> <br />Denver, CO .
