A list of those in attendance has been
attached.

The memorandum summarizing the last meeting was reviewed. Meetings
for the coordination of the plan were set for November 10, December 1,
and December 15. The time of the meetings will be 1:00 p.m.

Abel reviewed the surveying completed to date. He indicated that the
survey field work was probably 60 to 70 percent completed. We antici-
pate survey data by the end of the week which will facilitate the pre-
paration of the in-Town hydrologic model. A general discussion
relevant to the existing storm drainage facilities was also conducted.
Utility maps and subdivision drawings were turned over to Abel.

The collection of flood history data was strongly recommended by Bill
Stanton. Sources of data include the newspaper, the library, the
local Soil Conservation Service office, and long-time citizens. Mr.
Knaus volunteered to assist in the gathering of this information.

The hydrologic methodology was discussed with the State. and various
peak flow rates were presented. SLA will deliver to the State a sum-
mary of our hydrologic calculations for the northeast and northwest
drainageways which pass through the planning area.

By the next coordination meeting, the hydrology and flood areas will
be presented and the alternative planning will be initiated.

RNW/rms
LD86.1/1028RNWl
Attachment

Denver, CO .
