<br />A F100d Plain Information Report was published in October 1981 by
<br />Resource Consul tants, Inc. (Reference 11), which reflects current
<br />conditions in the City of Loveland. Because the hydraulic data de-
<br />~eloped for the Big Thompson River was used in this Fiood Insurance
<br />Study, the studies are in complete agreement.

<br />This report supersedes the previous Flood Information Study (Reference
<br />9) and should be considered authoritative for purposes of the National
<br />Flood Insurance Program.
