The flood hazard <br />areas addressed in the report and on the mapping are as <br />follows: Crystal Creek <br />Dirty Woman Creek <br />Jackson Creek <br />Monument Creek <br />Teachout Creek <br />North Branch of Teachout Creek <br />South Branch of Teachout Creek <br />Unnamed left bank tributary to Monument Creek <br />Please call Pam Cherry at (719) 481-2954 if you have <br />any questions.
