Billig, at the ROcky Mountain Grocery Company, to <br />cOnsider what steps should be taken to provide relief for flood <br /> <br />sufferers in Erie and Lafayette. It is reported that there are a <br /> <br />number of cases of suffering in this district but that individuals <br />will not accept relief except thru the ministers of their respec- <br />tive churches.
