I enclose <br />the proof of publication advertisement for the meter installation bids. We <br />only received two bids again, one from Wasinger again (but lower) and <br />one from S & K Mechanical. The Board felt that the per hour rate on S & K <br />was high and asked him for a per meter bid, but he told them that was <br />the only way that he could bid it.
