<br />Public (governmental) Requests for Action <br /> <br />v. <br /> <br />Citv of Littleton - Requesting the CWCB to perform routine maintenance <br />in the South Platte River channel. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />Citv of Littleton - Requesting that the CWCB consider the adoption of a <br />"Revocable License" to address requests for easements. <br /> <br />Private Requests for Easements <br /> <br />Vl1. <br /> <br />Double L Subdivision - Requesting a permanent easement for the existing <br />owners in an attempt to "legalize" their use of an existing culvert which <br />was placed without CWCB permission by a previous owner. The owners <br />have contracted with an engineering firm which has developed a drainage <br />plan to release local stormwater drainage through the existing culvert. <br /> <br />V111. <br /> <br />Federal Exoress - Initially, Federal Express wanted to pass "developed" <br />local drainage flows through a weir which is a feature of the Chatfield <br />Downstream Channel Improvement Project. The proposed development is <br />located north of Bellview and east of the South Platte River. They have <br />modified their plan and now intend to construct a detention pond on their <br />property. Then, flows will released through the weir at "historic rates" (as <br />if their proj ect had never been built). <br /> <br />ix. <br /> <br />Marx Real Estate Corooration - Requesting a 25 foot permanent easement <br />for the construction of an access road to their property. The project <br />location is north of Bellview Avenue at West Chenango. <br /> <br />Pitcher's Restaurant - Requesting a permanent easement for the <br />construction of a deck and volleyball court, parts of each being in the <br />CWCB's ROW. <br /> <br /> <br />RF<:OMMENDATION ~" j/'f,) r<rft-r <br /> <br /> <br />Following the Board's review of the AG's~attorney-client memorandum (which will be <br />presented at the November 6-7, 1995 Board meeting) and discussions by interested parties, the <br />Board may want to consider any or all of the following recommendations: <br /> <br />x. <br />
