and approve the flood hazard areas as set forth in the aforesaid

U. S. corps of Engineers Flood Plain Information Report; and

WHEREAS, the staff of the Board has reviewed said Flood

Plain Information Report and does hereby recommend to the COlo-

radd Water Conservation Board that said Board designate and

approve only the intermediate regional flood hazard area as set

forth in said report;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the colorado Water

con.servation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colo-

rado, this 7th day of May, 1969, that it designates and approves

as a flood hazard area that area described as being inundated by

an intermediate regional flood as s.et forth in the Flood Plain

Information Report for Left-Hand Creek, Volume I, Boulder

County, Colorado; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board

is directed to send a' certified c.opy of this resolution to the

Denver Regional council of Governments and to the governing

boards of all cities and counties covered by the said Corps of

Engineers' flood plain information report.
