<br />FPR 97-449 <br />Town of Frederick <br /> <br />COLORADO W ATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br />721 State Centennial Building <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br /> <br />March 20, 1997 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain <br />information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Town of Frederick, Colorado, Weld County," <br />dated J:muary 1979; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain infoIlll31ion for the Tri-Area <br />Drainageway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board as requested by the Town of <br />Frederick, by Resolution No. 142 adopted on May 18, 1979, designated and approved the detailed <br />floodplain information included in said report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain <br />information report entitled ''Flood Insurance Study, Weld County, Colorado, Unincorporated <br />Areas and Town ofEaton, Colorado" dated September 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain infoIlll31ion for the Tri-Area <br />Drainageway including areas immediately adjacent to the Town of Frederick; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board as requested by Weld County, by <br />Resolution No. 156 adopted on March 17, 1980, designated and approved the detailed floodplain <br />information included in said report for areas immediately adjacent to the Town of Frederick, as well <br />as detailed and approximate floodplain information for other areas of Weld County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has completed a new floodplain <br />information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Town of Frederick, Colorado, Weld County," <br />revised July 13, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain infonnation for the Tri-Area <br />Drainageway within the corporate limits of the Town ofCalhan as they were on July 13, 1982; and <br />
