<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the detailed floodplain infonnation presented in said report dated September <br />1998 for the City and County of Denver is consistent with the requirements for detailed floodplain <br />infonnation listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of <br />Floodplains and of Stonn or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1) <br /> <br />DESIGNATION AND APPROVAL ACTION <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Alarnosa, Colorado, this 22nd day of May 2000, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as approximate 100-year floodplain infonnation the Zone A areas presented - <br />in said report (with included Flood Insurance Rate Maps) dated September 1998, and as listed in <br />Table 3, providing that the City of Denver require that detailed hydrologic analyses be perfonned <br />by a registered professional engineer and submitted by the developer prior to a floodplain <br />development pennit being issued; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board that it does <br />hereby designate and approve as detailed floodplain infonnation the 100-year floodplain <br />delineations presented in said report dated September 1998 (with included Flood Insurance Rate <br />Maps), as listed in Table 2; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the City and County of Denver; the Urban Drainage and Flood <br />Control District; and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region 8. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority <br />vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Colorado Springs, Colorado, on the 22nd day of May 2000, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />~-~vW ~e; <br /> <br />Peter H.
