Kevin had no objection to the CWCB's proposed designation
action, however a request letter was never received from the City. Kevin noted that certain
floodplain reaches for several streams in the community are not accurate and are therefore not
acceptable to the City, and this was noted in the floodplain resolution. This memorandum shall
serve as a written record of the City's consent for designation and approval of the 1998 PIS.

C:Isecalresolutionlnotebook memoslaurora memo.doc
