<br />In return, communitil'S are required to carry out floodplain management

<br />Flood insurance through the National FlOOd Insurance Program is available
<br />to all residents of Fremont County, theTownofFlorl'nce,andtheCityof
<br />Canon City under the Emergency Phase of the program,
