This plan, shown on Plate <br />4 as Plan II, comprises a levee located on the left hank of the wild <br />Horse Creek and extending along the left bank of the Arl(ansoB River I1S <br />Plan 1. The levee along the Arkansas River is necessary to prcclud" <br />the combined flows from entering Holly from the south. Provision of <br />this levee also provides incidental protection ogllins t the Ar.kmuH1N <br />and Two Butte Creek flows. The analysis of this plan for various def.re"" <br />of protp.ction is presented in Table 3.
