SLOVENSKY, JR.

Page 3

. City of Colorado Springs Raw Water Collection System Analysis - Gage records and
published analyses of tree-ring data were used to assess the appropriateness of the 1966-1995
period of historical record as a basis for analysis of long-term system yield and storage
requirements.

. Pipeline Transient Analyses - Mr. Slovensky has carried out transient analyses for a number
of pump station/pipeline design projects using a computer based hydraulic model developed
by Montgomery Watson. Typically these projects have involved modeling of valve closures,
pump station start-up, shut-down and power failure.

. Southwest Water Project (City of Colorado Springs)

. Kennecott Utah Copper No. I Pump Station

. Kennecott Utah Copper NO.4 Pump Station Relocation

. Arrowhead Pump Station and Reservoir (Kansas City, Missouri)

. Water System Alternatives Study for Carmichael, California - Water distribution system
modeling using EPAOs state-of-the-art hydraulic model, EPANET. Hydraulic modeling was
used to assess the impact of several potential new water supply sources on the existing
distribution system. Modeling results were used to choose an alternative and identify required
improvements to the distribution system.

. Wastewater Collection System Master Plan for the City of Farmington, NM. - A hydraulic
model of the collection system was developed using the HYDRA software package. Flow
monitoring was carried out for calibration/verification of the model. Modeling results were
used analyze existing system capacity and plan future system expansions.

. Salt Valley Trunk Sewer Analysis (City of Lincoln, Nebraska) - A hydraulic model of the 24-
to 60-inch diameter Salt Valley Trunk Sewer was constructed using the HYDRA software
package. Modeling results were used to quantify existing capacity and size a relief line.

. Lake Las Vegas and Village Montelago (Transcontinental Properties) - Various projects.
Preliminary design of 100-year (11,500 cfs) inlet structure to lake. Hydraulic modeling done
with WSPG. Assessment of inlet structure impacts on water surface elevations in Las Vegas
Wash using HEC-2. Establishment of 100-year flood boundaries in village area using HEC-2.
Assessment of impact of proposed service spillway modifications on 100-year stage in Lake
Las Vegas.

. Jordan River Flood Insurance Study - A restudy of 9.6 miles of the Jordan River between the
Jordan Narrows and Utah Lake was carried out using HEC-2. New cross section data was
collected along with flow rate and water surface elevation data for use in calibration.

((I)) MONTGOMERY WATSON
